With more than 15 years of experience in sales, management, automotive retail, business ownership, and leadership, Heath brings a practical perspective and a passion for helping dealerships grow.

Heath spent eight years in the automotive industry, including five years in sales and more than three years as a Finance and Insurance Manager. His experience in F&I developed his strengths in customer engagement, product presentation, dealership profitability, and sales-team development.

Heath later owned and operated a retail furniture franchise, gaining firsthand experience in sales, marketing, customer retention, business development, and the discipline required to grow and sustain a successful operation.

In addition to his professional career, Heath serves as Pastor of Cornerstone Pentecostal Church in Collins, Mississippi, where he focuses on vision, developing leaders, organizational growth, and helping people reach their potential. He brings that same leadership philosophy to his work with dealerships—strengthening people, improving processes, building relationships, and creating lasting growth.
